Hailey leads DevelopL, a venture perfectly aligned with her passion for social impact, dedicated to providing affordable and accessible AI-powered college counseling for bachelor's, master's, and PhD applicants. She's celebrated as one of the Middle East's top 50 tech leaders by Engati, recognized as a Google Women Tech Founder MENA 2021.
As a first-generation student herself, Hailey understands the challenges of navigating the educational journey without proper guidance. DevelopL's mission promotes United Nations SDG4 for Quality Education, supporting students with great potential who lack the necessary guidance.
Hailey is also a devoted rescue dog mom with a desert dog in Dubai 🐕 , and when she's not navigating the tech world, she's on a mission to catch every fish and insect in Animal Crossing 🎮.
